At Shree Hari Spintex Ltd., quality assurance begins at raw material procurement and extends through every stage of the spinning process to final packing. Our integrated ginning-pressing-spinning setup gives us rare control over fibre quality that standalone spinning mills cannot achieve.

We employ the world's finest quality monitoring instruments — USTER Quantum-II yarn clearers with online informator — integrated directly on our Saurer Autoconer winding machines. This ensures that every metre of yarn leaving our facility is electronically monitored and cleared of defects.

Our commitment to quality has earned us GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) certifications, affirming that our processes and products meet the most rigorous international standards.

Quality at Every Stage

Systematic quality checks are embedded throughout our production process

1. Raw Material Selection

Fibre quality assessment at the ginning stage. Only premium cotton lint with optimal staple length, strength, and micronaire is selected for spinning.

2. Blowroom & Carding

Trash content and nep levels monitored after blowroom. Carded sliver tested for uniformity (U%), neps, and impurity content.

3. Drawing & Combing

Sliver evenness tested after each drawing passage. Comber noil levels monitored to ensure optimal short fibre removal without waste.

4. Roving

Roving count consistency and stretch levels checked to ensure uniform input to ring frames.

5. Ring Frame Spinning

Yarn count (Ne), twist per inch (TPI), strength (CSP/RKM), and evenness monitored. Regular doffing quality audits performed.

6. Autoconer Winding

USTER Quantum-II clearers electronically scan every metre for thick places, thin places, neps, and foreign fibres. Faulty yarn is automatically removed.

The USTER Quantum-II is the global benchmark for electronic yarn clearing. Installed on our Saurer Autoconer AC-5 and AC-X5 winding machines, it provides real-time, 100% online monitoring of every yarn package produced.
