A closer look at every stage.
Quality assurance begins with raw material procurement. Our integrated ginning, pressing and spinning setup lets our team follow fibre quality through preparation, yarn production and final packing.
We combine practical production checks with electronic monitoring on the winding line. This helps us identify faults before finished cones are packed for customers.

Six checkpoints help our team monitor fibre preparation, spinning performance and the final yarn package.
Blowroom & carding
Trash and nep levels are monitored after blowroom. Carded sliver is checked for uniformity, neps and impurities.
Drawing & combing
Sliver evenness is tested after drawing; comber noil levels are monitored when making combed yarn.
Roving
Roving count and stretch are checked to keep the feed to ring frames consistent.
Ring frame spinning
Yarn count, twist, strength and evenness are monitored, with regular doffing quality audits.
Autoconer winding
USTER Quantum-II clearers scan yarn for thick and thin places, neps and foreign fibres, then remove detected faults.
Checks continue through final inspection and packing before dispatch.

USTER Quantum-II yarn clearers on our Autoconer AC-5 and AC-X5 machines monitor yarn during winding. The online informator gives our mill team data on faults and clearing performance.
