Our Story

M/S Shree Hari Spintex Ltd. was established in April 2007 by a group of visionary businessmen with deep roots in the agricultural and textile trade of Punjab. Our promoters bring extensive experience from cotton ginning, rice trading, and oil mills — an invaluable foundation that ensures unmatched expertise in raw material sourcing, quality assessment, and supply chain management.

Strategically located on the Bathinda–Patiala National Highway, approximately 30 km from Bathinda city, our facility in Maur Mandi, District Bathinda, Punjab enjoys excellent connectivity to major textile markets across North India.

What sets us apart is our fully integrated ginning-pressing-spinning facility. With our own ginning unit on-site, we control the entire production chain — from raw cotton lint to finished yarn cones — ensuring consistent quality, traceability, and competitive pricing that standalone spinning mills cannot match.

Over the past 18+ years, we have built a reputation for reliability and quality, serving 500+ satisfied clients across India with premium white cotton yarn in combed, carded, TFO double, and slub varieties.

A Legacy of Agricultural & Textile Expertise

Shree Hari Spintex Ltd. was founded by a group of accomplished businessmen from Punjab's thriving agricultural and trading community. With decades of combined experience in cotton ginning operations, rice trading, and oil mill businesses, our promoters understood the cotton value chain intimately — from the field to the finished product.

This deep domain knowledge led to the creation of an integrated facility where raw cotton could be ginned, pressed, and spun under one roof — a strategic advantage that ensures superior raw material quality, reduced costs, and complete traceability.

Our Journey

Key milestones in the growth of Shree Hari Spintex Ltd.

April 2007 — Company Established

Shree Hari Spintex Ltd. incorporated and construction of the spinning facility begins in Maur Mandi, Bathinda, Punjab.

2008 — Commercial Production Begins

First batch of white cotton carded yarn produced. Ring frames from Lakshmi Machine Works installed.

2010 — Combed Yarn Line Added

Combing machines installed, enabling production of combed yarn for premium hosiery and knitting markets.

2013 — TFO Doubling Capacity

Savio TFO machines commissioned for twisted folded double yarn production, expanding product range.

2016 — Saurer Autoconer Upgrade

Autoconer AC-5 and AC-X5 from Saurer (Germany) installed with USTER Quantum-II yarn clearers.

2018 — GOTS & BCI Certification

Achieved GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) certifications.

2020 — Solar Plant Installed

1.2 MW solar power plant commissioned, significantly reducing carbon footprint and energy costs.

2022 — 500+ Clients Milestone

Crossed 500 satisfied clients nationwide. Slub yarn production line added for fashion and denim markets.

2024 — Sewage Treatment & Expansion

Alkin India sewage treatment plant installed. Continued investment in capacity and sustainability.
